Homemade strawberry ice cream is so creamy and dreamy with a rich and fresh strawberry taste. A perfect dessert for spring or summer, and it is so easy to make. It is egg and cook-free.

This gloriously pink strawberry ice cream tastes so fresh with the perfect strawberry flavor. I made this using Ice cream maker. You will need 1-2 cups of fresh strawberries pureed in a blender to make the smoothest ice cream.

If you like little pieces of strawberries, then mash the strawberries or dice them small before adding them to the ice cream maker. You only need 7 ingredients and an ice cream maker to make this eggless creamy ice cream. These strawberries give the prettiest pink color to the ice cream. if you prefer a dark color, please free to add a couple of drops of red food color to the mix.

How to make Strawberry ice cream?
You will need –
- fresh strawberries
- heavy cream
- sugar
- honey
- milk
- vanilla extract
- lime juice
Plan ahead to place the ice cream bowl in the freezer for 12 hours
Chop the strawberries and mix them with sugar, honey, lime juiceand set aside for 15 mins. Blend strawberries with some of the sugar to make the puree. Blend it as smoothly as you want it. If the pieces of strawberry are too big, they usually get a bit icy.
Then add your strawberries, heavy cream, milk, vanilla, honey, and remaining sugar into a large bowl to mix them all together. Then pour that strawberry mixture into the ice cream maker. Run the ice cream maker according to the manufactures instructions.
Once done, consistency will be of soft serve if you prefer it right away. I prefer to freeze it in an ice cream holder for at least 2 hours before serving.
