Lemon Pepper Pickle
This is a spicy- sour pickle with the goodness of pepper in every bite, and it is completely oil-free.
Servings: 1 Jar
- 15 lemons
- 3 tbsp pepper
- 1 +1/2 cup water
- 1 +1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp grated ginger optional
In a large pot, bring water to boil. Add salt.
Add chopped lemons, pepper, and ginger(if needed)
Turn off the flame, close the lid, and let it stay in for 5 mins.
and allow it to cool down completely.
Once cooled, transfer it to an airtight glass jar, and store it in a cool place.
Wait for the lemon to soften before you start using the pickle (Usually takes around 3-4 days)
