- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt more or less per your taste
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Caramelized banana

- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch of cinnamon
Cook Oatmeal
In a pot, bring water or milk to boil. Add rolled oats and cook until soft.
Add a pinch of cinnamon and a dash of vanilla. Don't forget to sprinkle some sea salt.
Finally, stir in tablespoon full of peanut butter for that extra nutty creamy oatmeal
Caramelized bananas
In a pan, start by heating up coconut oil and maple syrup, & a pinch of cinnamon. When the syrup begins to boil, add round sliced bananas.
Cook them for a few minutes, until they start to soften up.Then, gently flip one and check the bottom. If it’s got some browning on it, start flipping the rest. Otherwise, give them a few more minutes. You may notice that the slices near the center of the pan cook faster than the ones near the edges, move them around if needed. Be careful when you start flipping the bananas, you may need to do it gently one at a time. Cook until both sides are browned. Timing is the key here.
Top oatmeal with some nuts and caramelized bananas, and chocolate. Now your caramelized banana oatmeal bowl is ready. Enjoy!
