Soak oats, quinoa, lentils, methi seeds in hot water for 2 hours.
Drain the remaining water and grind the ingredients together to form a smooth batter. Add water little by little while preparing the batter. Rest the batter for 30 mins to 1 hour or you can also start preparing dosa immediately.
If you are using iron tawa to prepare dosa, then grease and heat the pan until hot.
Pour the batter on the center of the pan and spread them evenly.
Cook in medium heat until the bottom the dosa is golden and crispy.
Repeat the steps for rest of the batter.
Serve hot along with coconut chutney, or peanut Chutney or saagu or sambar.
